"Be the light" is a common phrase in our society. But what does that mean? What is light? Is there a light that is not good? Scripture ways we are the light of the world if we are Born Again. But also says to take care so that the light that is in us is not dark light.

1 John 1:5 [CJB] And this is the message which we have heard from him and proclaim to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him – none!

PRAYER: Father, I pray I would walk in the light as You are in the light so that I have fellowhsip with You and others. I see that fellowship flows between those who walk in the light because darkness (lies) inhibit fellowship. I repent of any darkness or lies. Remove deceit from my eyes and heart so that I can see clearly. Your word says that if I look to You, commit my ways to you, and seek you first then I will walk in the light. Thank you for your promises and Holy Spirit, help me to look to the Father, commit my ways to Him, and seek the Kingdom first. Amen.
