The subject of healing is a very sensitive one with Believers having a wide view of if & how God heals. As with any topic, we must be willing to lay aside our opinions or convictions because the reality is that they are usually based on our experience or what comforts us in our circumstances. Healing is no different. The Word of God isn't always convenient or lines up with our convictions. As one preacher asks, "Do your beliefs get in the way of the Bible?".  So, ask yourself, are you willing to Believe what God's Word says - even if it seems impossible? The sooner we realize that the Father really did give us everything we need for life and godliness, the sooner we'll be able to receive everything that Jesus gave us through His Blood.

Healing is a gift to us through the Blood of Yeshua (Jesus). It's been done. The issue we run into is increasing our capacity to receive the promises that are ours and learning to live by the Spirit and not by the flesh. We will always see healing? No. Why? Lots of reasons but one of them ISN'T God teaching us a lesson or that He is glorified in it. God is GOOD. He desires that we be in health and prosper. Healing has been given out. Healing is the children's bread. Let's seek God to learn how to grasp it and build ourselves up in HIS Word - and not our own.

ROMANS 3:4 Let God be found true though every human being is false and a liar… ^[AMPC] (please read all of Romans!)

HEBREWS 11:11 Because of faith also Sarah herself received physical power to conceive a child, even when she was long past the age for it because she considered [God] Who had given her the promise to be reliable and trustworthy and true to His word. ^[AMPCE]

ROMANS 3:4 God will always be proven faithful and true to His word, while people are proven to be liars. ^[TPT]

PROVERBS 3: 7-8 Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones. ^[AMPC]

DECLARATION: "I live in the fear of the Lord. It is healing to my body and medicine to my bones."

HEBREWS 11:6 For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek Him [out]. ^[AMPCE]

HEBREWS 11: 32-34 And what shall I say further? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets, who by [the help of] faith subdued kingdoms, administered justice, obtained promised blessings, closed the mouths of lions, extinguished the power of raging fire, escaped the devourings of the sword, out of frailty and weakness won strength and became stalwart, even mighty and resistless in battle, routing alien hosts. ^[AMPCE]

MATTHEW 9:27-29 As Yeshua went on from there, two blind men began following him, shouting, “Son of David! Take pity on us!”  When he entered the house, the blind men came up, and Yeshua said to them, “Do you believe that I have the power to do this?” They replied, “Yes, sir.”  Then he touched their eyes and said, “Let it happen to you according to your trust”;  and their sight was restored. ^[CJB]

MARK 11:20-26 As they passed by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered away to its roots. And Peter remembered and said to him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed has withered.” And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God.  Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.  Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.  And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.” ^[ESV]

ISAIAH 46:4 And even to your old age I am He, and even to your graying years I will carry you; even I will carry, and will deliver you.

JOHN 12:25 But the one who detaches his life from this world and abandons himself to me, will find true life and enjoy it forever! ^[TPT]

JOHN 11:10 You can go through a day without the fear of stumbling when you walk in the One who gives light to the world. ^[TPT]

JOHN 11:4 (Jesus) said, “This sickness will not end in death…but will bring glory and praise to God…” _^[TPT]

There's power in warring with the Word of God. Hebrews understood that meditation meant "mumbling" - repeating something over and over. To mediate on the Word of God is to repeat it, outloud. The only offensive weapon we have in the armor of God is the Sword of the Spirit: which is the Word of Truth. That being said, here's another declaration: THIS SICKNESS WILL NOT END IN DEATH!

JOHN 12:49-50 (Jesus said) “…I speak by the authority of the Father Himself who sent me, and who instructed me what to say. And I know that the Father’s commands result in eternal life, and that’s why I speak the very words I’ve heard Him speak.” ^[TPT]

ISAIAH 53:4-5 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. Be He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His wounds, we ARE healed.

Declaration: The wounds of Jesus healed ALL of mine!

PSALM 118:17 I shall not die, but I shall live and declare the works of the Lord.

GALATIANS 3:13-14 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by being made a curse for us…s that the blessings of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Declaration: I HAVE ALL THE BLESSINGS OF DEUTERONOMY 28 AND NONE OF THE CURSES CAN TOUCH ME BECAUSE ACCORDING TO GALATIANS 3 JESUS REDEEMED ME FROM THE CURSE. [Read aloud Deuteronomy 28 and declare what is yours and what can't touch you].

PSALM 40:5 O Lord my God, You have done many wonderful works, and Your thoughts toward us cannot be compared; if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

MATTHEW 6:30-33 Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all. But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble. ^[AMPCE]

PSALM 41:1-3 God always blesses those who are kind to the poor and helpless….The Lord will preserve and protect them…When they are sick, God will restore them, lying upon their bed of suffering. He will raise them up again and restore them back to health. So in my sickness I say to you, “Lord, be my kind healer. Heal my body and soul; help me, God! For I have confessed my sins to you.” ^[TPT]

PSALM 43: I long to drink of you, O God, drinking deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence. My longing overwhelm me for more of You! My soul thirsts, pants, and long for the living God. I want to come and see the face of God. Day and night my tears keep falling and my heart keeps crying for your help while my enemies mock me over and over…So I speak over my heartbroken soul, “Take courage. Remember when you used to be right out front leading the procession of praise…So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for living before His face is my saving grace!
My deep need calls out to the deep kindness of your love…all day long God’s promises of love pour over me. Through the night I sing His songs, for my prayer to God has become my life…so I say to my soul, “Don’t be discouraged. Don’t be disturbed. For I know my God will break through for me. ” ^[TPT]

JOHN 10:10 I came that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

DECLARATION: I praise you Jesus/Yeshua and thank you for coming that I can have LIFE - and, if that wasn't enough - have it in abundance! I live in your abundance!

PSALM 107:20 He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction. ^[AMPCE] *meditate on all of psalm 107

PROVERBS 4:6 ^MEV Do not forsake her [wisdom and understanding]; and she will preserve you; love her, and she will keep you.

To love Yahweh's wisdom is to love ourselves and preserve our mind, soul, and body.

PROVERBS 4: 7 ^MEV Wisdom is principal; therefore get wisdom. And with all your getting, get understanding. (emphasis mine)

PROVERBS 4:10^AMPCE Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings, and the years of your life shall be many.

PROVERBS 4:13 ^MEV Take firm hold of instruction, do not let her go; keep her, for she is your life.

PROVERBS 4:20-22 ^AMPCE My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.

• PROVERBS 3:1-2 ^CJBMy son, don’t forget my teaching, keep my commands in your heart; for they will add to you many days, years of life and peace.
• PROVERBS 4:23 ^MEV Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.

The more I meditate on healing, the more I realize that nearly all sickness and disease is tied to our mind and soul. As we tend to our thoughts and the meditations in our heart (what we stew on all day and night) to make sure they are good and pleasant (Phillipians 4:8) we improve the health and vitality of our bodies.
