These verses and any linked articles/stories are intended to help jumpstart you in your own studies. MOST VERSES ARE BEST UNDERSTOOD WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE WHOLE LETTER in which it was written. We can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have your own bible and seek on your own. no one or any resource can replace one-on-one time with the king.
Love God. Love your neighbor. Love yourself. Sounds good but how is this done practically? God's Word does teach us how to live out Agape Love in our everyday lives, in all our relationships. Sometimes, we need to ponder verses, and context, and consider how that translates into life at home, on the streets, at work, at school, etc. Below is an ever-growing list of what love looks like in action between us and other people. I encourage you to open your Bible and make your own list and ask the Holy Spirit how to apply love in your daily life. Remember, Jesus said that His Body would be recognized by their love for each other. Let's learn to love better! NOTE: Go through the list with the mindset of wanting to learn to love better for yourself. It's easy to see the failures of others as we read through but look for the areas where YOU need help/improvement. Before you begin, ask the Holy Spirit to talk to you while you read it and show you where you need to love better. When you get to something that causes you to pause - do just that: pause. Repent and ask God to forgive you and help you in that area.
