ROMANS 16:1-2 Now, let me introduce to you our dear and beloved sister in the faith, Phoebe, a shining minister of the church in Cenchrea. I am sending her with this letter and ask that you shower her with your hospitality when she arrives. Embrace her with honor, as is fitting for one who belongs to the Lord and is set apart for Him. So provide her whatever she may need, for she’s been a great leader and champion for many-I know, for she’s been that for even me!
ROMANS 16:27 [as translated from Arabic]: “Paul’s letter was transcribed by Tertius in Corinth and sent from Corinth and carried to Rome by Phoebe.”
Phoebe, a woman, was personally selected by Paul to hand-deliver what we read as the Book of Romans to the Believers in Rome! Paul mentions Prisca (Priscilla) and her husband Aquila several times in the NT. She is widely accepted as the leader of their minstry, while her husband is in a supporting role. She is even considered as a potential author of the book of Hebrews. The book of Hebrews is unknown/unverified.

Junia (or Julia), a woman, is recognized as an Apostle. The Greek implies that they were "famous, prominent, outstanding". They believed in Christ before Paul, so were very eary Christians.
